Language :
The official congress language will be French with simultaneous interpretation provided in english, in italian and spanish (from 150 participants for each country) in the main auditorium. However the presentations of symposia and workshops could be done in other language than french The interpretation in the workshops could be provided by colleagues.
Delegate Cancellation :
Notification of cancellation must be received in writing either by post, fax or e-mail to the organisers: Before August 1st, 2010 , the registration fee will be refunded les 50 euros administration fee.
After August 1st, 2010 no refunds on registration fees will be made.
Insurance :
The congress Insurer is MAIF-NIORT subject to the guarantees covered by the contract.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the Palais des Congrès.
Social event
Friday 29th October : Conference Dinner* from 19.45 hrs at " Cercle Républicain". The Gala dinner is reserved to the participants having registered for it. If you want to participate, places are still available. Registration fee is 55,00 euros to be paid by October 10th, 2010.
