Registration information
Each delegate will receive her/his name badge and conference material on Thursday 28 October 2010 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Palais des congrès.

- attendance at all plenary speeches, symposia, workshops and lectures

To register for the conference you can register now using the form on this page or you can download "this Registration form" if you prefer to register by post.
On receipt of your registration form and payment, a letter of confirmation will be sent to you.
To benefit from the reduced registration rates, relevant documentary proof must be provided.
Payment can be made by French cheque or bank transfert or credit card (online).
